The aim of transformational coaching is to get you from where you are now to where you want to be.

In today’s hectic world, it is more important than ever to tune in and connect with who you are within. The ability to dive beneath the surface and find space for reflection, discovery and clarity, is a brave step towards the start of realising your own amazing potential.

  • I am here to help you create awareness, set goals and plan actions, while developing a confidential, supportive and trusting environment.

  • You will be able to recognise your strengths and skills, find motivation and courage so you can take steps to take effective action.

  • I will help you focus on the change you want to make, and support you in creating a strategy to implement those changes.

You may be waiting for the perfect time to make change or to do something you’ve been fearing for while - ‘I’ll do it next week, next month, next year when life get’s calmer’. Before you know it, another 5 years have passed and you’re still stuck in the same place.

However, once you make the brave decision to take action, feel the fear and move forward, you’ll gradually start to feel unstuck.

How can a coach help?
Having the support of a coach helps you feel supported and keeps you on track. We assist in helping by keeping you accountable so that you don’t lose momentum, focusing on the changes that you want to make. 

Winston Churchill says “Fear is a reaction. Courage is a decision”. 
It takes courage to decide to commit to coaching. 
Make a decision and see what changes you can make so you don’t lose another 5 years.

What to expect

During each session, we will spend time helping identify where you are at and what you really want. We will discover what beliefs or habits are holding you back from achieving the goals you have set yourself. Together, we will create an action plan with a number of attainable steps.  These steps will help you move forward to where you want to go. My role as your coach is to create a space where you are able to work out exactly where you need to be.  

The coaching sessions will last between 45 minutes to one hour. I will use approaches and techniques that will be most effective in helping you get what you want. Where appropriate, resources and ideas to be explored further, will be provided as part of the next step of the planning.
